Test the opportunity
We start by understanding the site, its planning context and your development objectives. We test different approaches to establish realistic unit numbers, layouts, massing and development potential before you commit to significant design costs.
Goal
Develop the proposal
Once the preferred approach is established, we develop the design into a clear planning proposal. Our process combines architectural thinking with planning knowledge to create efficient schemes that respond to both the site and the commercial objectives of the development.
Solution
Ready for planning
You receive a coordinated set of drawings and supporting information ready to progress towards pre application or planning submission. Our streamlined process keeps communication simple, decisions clear and projects moving.
